At first glance this may see extreme, however if your precious one was injured whilst at the school, no doubt you would be asking questions as to what the school did in order to prevent the injury!

Under the Occupiers Liability Act 1957 (section 2) the occupier of the premises must take "reasonable care"  for the safety of people visiting their premises.

It is at this point when you will find out what precautions had been put in place to protect your precious one!
