It's understood from court documents in the US that sadly Johnny Depp and his wife are divorcing due to irreconcilable differences.

One of the most common facts used by clients divorcing in the UK is unreasonable behaviour.  Unfortunately we don't yet have a system that allows couples to get divorced on a non fault basis.
