Anger - you may feel angry, but I do too.  I am lashing out because I am sad and unsettled by the changes to the family life I am used to.  Reassure me that everything will be OK.  Talk to me, ask how I am feeling and listen to me.  Don't involve me in adult issues. Protect me, support me and love me.
