I have many clients with dementia and I take the time to get to know their concerns and wishes. It is so important to consider proper planning in order to safeguard assets, ensure that appropriate people can be appointed to make decisions should you be unable to make decisions for yourself and that your wishes for refusing or consenting to medical treatment are outlined in legally binding documents.
