Over the last few months, separated parents have faced the challenge of co-parenting during a pandemic. However, not only have separated parents had to co-parent, they have also had to deal with home schooling.
Details have now been released by The Department of Education regarding children returning to education and what can be expected upon their return.
Of course, parents during this time will be concerned about children returning to either school or nursery and their safety. However, if an agreement cannot be reached between separated parents on whether a child should return, then a resolution needs to be reached as soon as possible.
Should you require any advice in relation to children matters then please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Current restrictions on group sizes will be lifted to allow schools, colleges and nurseries to fully reopen to all children and young people, as Covid-19 infection rates continue to fall
