We are currently investigating a potential claim relating to mismanaged hip replacement surgery at Milton Keynes University Hospital. Our client has been left with significant ongoing pain and mobility issues as a result of the treatment received.

During the course of our initial investigation, it has become apparent that there are wider concerns regarding the standard of orthopaedic surgery at the hospital, particularly in relation to total hip replacements carried out by a specific surgeon.

We understand that as a result of the internal investigation into the issues our client has experienced, the surgeon in question was suspended from performing further total hip replacement surgery pending retraining.

Our client is aware of at least one other patient who received hip surgery on the same day and reported similar difficulties.

We are concerned that others may have similar worries about their treatment, or may have suffered an unexpectedly poor outcome, following total hip replacement surgery at Milton Keynes University Hospital. If so, they may also have potential clinical negligence claims.
